Technicians looking for guidance on Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) can attend a free webinar hosted by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).
“TPMS 2020 - It's Not Just the Warning Light Anymore" will be held at 4 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, July 24.
Sean Lannoo, technical training supervisor with Continental Corp., will explore the different types of systems and their operation and review the different types of sensors. The discussion will cover TPMS service tools and functions as well as correct maintenance and service techniques. Insight on why the relearn procedure is so important will be provided, along with a brief look into system enhancements and future possibilities.
