XTrax Marks the Spot for Apollo

The XTrax giant earthmover tire from Apollo Tyres Ltd. is an 11.7-foot, size 40.00x57 tire that weighs more than 7,700 pounds. Designed for 240-ton dumper mining trucks, each tire is made using 1,900 kg of rubber, 750 kg of carbon black, 350 kg of nylon fabric and 500 kg of other rubber chamicals.
