VW picks Goodyear Eagle LS-2 for Eos

Volkswagen has picked the Goodyear Eagle LS-2 to be original equipment on its 2007 Eos.

The vehicle, which goes on sale in the United States later this year, will use size 235/45R17.

"The Eagle LS-2 tire features an all-season design with an optimized

tread pattern for quiet performance and wide circumferential tread

grooves to channel water away," say Goodyear officials.
