New ALLDATA service gives techs single-source access to collision info

ALLDATA LLC recently introduced its new collision information service, CollisionConnect SM, designed to dramatically improve the quality and acquisition of repair information while advancing business relationships with insurance partners and customers.

"Current information-gathering techniques are costly, time consuming and confusing. This does not have to be the case anymore," says Dan Espersen, ALLDATA senior collision program manager. The CollisionConnect service provides technicians with "an instant, single-source access to the manufacturer's published material."
