Carl Renezeder brought home General Tire’s first Unlimited 2 and Unlimited 4 win at the first race of the 2009 Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing series. Renezeder unleashed the fury on the competition with his new General Grabber SC tires and swept the 1st place win in both the Unlimited 2 and Unlimited 4 class at the April 4th race in Primm, NV.
“This is an incredible pair of wins for General Tire in the inaugural debut of the new Grabber SC. This validates the effort that was put into the development of a great race tire and Carl really showed today how to maximize the tire’s performance in both classes.” said Travis Roffler, Director of Marketing, General Tire.” This is going to be an exciting season in short course racing.”
“We’ve designed this new racing tire to be both fast and highly adaptable for various short-course track conditions,” said Tony Talbert, light truck product manager, General Tire. “This tire will be a fierce competitor on the short course track.”
“I am so excited to bring home the win for General Tire in both classes. The tire performed great and we look forward to a solid season on the new General Grabber SC.” said Carl Renezeder.
