Monro Muffler Brake Inc. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.07 per share on the company's outstanding shares of common stock, including the shares of common stock to which the holders of the company's Class C Convertible preferred stock are entitled.
The dividend is payable on Jan. 29, 2007, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 19, 2007. It is the third consecutive quarterly dividend, all $.07 a share, declared by the board of directors.
Monro Muffler Brake will hold a conference call to discuss fiscal 2007 third-quarter results on Tuesday, Jan. 16. The conference call will be broadcast live at 11 a.m. EST at www.vcall.com/.
