Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has hired Kevin Olifiers to be vice president, supply chain for its North American Tire unit.
Olifiers' most recent job was with sewing machine manufacturer SVP Worldwide, where he served as director of supply chain and logistics. Before that, he worked at Eastman Kodak.
"Kevin has the experience in supply chain transformation to lead North American Tire to the next level of performance in the areas of cost, customer service and inventory management," says Richard Kramer, president of Goodyear North American Tire.
