Federal-Mogul Corp.'s Wagner brake brand has rolled out its Wagner EDGE brake pad system, which is designed for lighter braking systems.
The system is based on "laser-shaped friction technology that enables Federal-Mogul to optimize the interaction between the rotor, pad and caliper," say Federal-Mogul officials.
Federal-Mogul also has developed its patented Integrated Insulating Shim for residual heat dissipation.
