Nokian Tyres plc will begin expanding its St. Petersburg, Russia, plant in March 2008, which will boost the factory's annual capacity to 10 million tires.
The plant currently has a capacity of four million tires.
"The plant’s machinery will be new and as automated as possible," say Nokian officials.
