Starting next month, BFS Retail & Commercial Operations LLC company-owned stores will use steel wheel weights instead of lead weights.
"We implemented this innovative plan because we believe that using steel wheel weights will have a positive environmental impact," notes BFRC Environmental Manager John Sheerin.
Lead wheel weights removed from vehicles at BFRC service centers will be recycled. Used steel wheel weights are also recyclable.
