Dale Earnhardt Jr. earns charitable donation from Bosch Aftermarket

July 9, 2015

Dale Earnhardt Jr. raced his Bosch-equipped No. 88 Chevrolet to victory in Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race. In recognition of the win, Bosch Aftermarket NA is making an additional $1,000 contribution to the Hendrick Marrow Program.

Thus far in the 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season, Bosch-supported teams have won thirteen races with Hendrick Motorsports accounting for six of them – all netting a similar donation.

The Hendrick Marrow Program mission is to raise money to help cover uninsured costs of transplants through the Hendrick Family Fund for patient assistance, while growing the Be The Match Registry of volunteer donors.  Rick Hendrick, owner of Hendrick Motorsports, established the Hendrick Marrow Program of the Be The Match Foundation, operated by the National Marrow Donor Program, after being diagnosed with leukemia in 1997.
