Bridgestone/Firestone North American Tire LLC (BFNT) rolled out two new medium truck tires at its BizCon commercial tire dealer meeting in Las Vegas, Nev., today.
The Bridgestone R280 is a steer axle tire and is designed for long distance and regional line hauling applications.
It is available in 22.5- and 24.5-inch sizes with a "G" load rating, say BFNT officials.
The Firestone FD690 PLUS comes in standard and low-profile 22.5- and 24.5-inch sizes, also with a "G" load rating.
It is "suitable for both single and tandem drive axle applications."
