BFNT's Aiken plant honored by OSHA

Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire LLC's (BFNT) Aiken County tire manufacturing plant in South Carolina has been recertified as a Voluntary Protection Program STAR site by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration.

The certification recognizes employers and employees who have "demonstrated an exemplary commitment to occupcational health and safety in the workplace," say BFNT officials.
