SmarTire announces management changes

Robert Rudman has resigned as CEO and president of SmarTire; he has been replaced by SmarTire COO Al Kozak.

Rudman will remain with SmarTire as a consultant and non-executive chairman of its board.

In related news, Nigel Hammond, general manager of SmarTire's European operations, has been promoted to the new position of managing director, SmarTire (Europe).
