Cooper names tech relations manager

Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has promoted Bradley J. Rump to manager, technical relations.

He will be responsible for providing technical expertise on tire-related issues to Cooper, the tire industry in general and government officials.

Rump joined Cooper in 1993. He most recently served as manager of Cooper's materials lab in Findlay, Ohio.
