Mitchell rolls out new shop software

Mitchell 1 has released two new software packages that are designed to help auto service shops grow their business.

"Mitchell 1 CRM (Customer Retention Marketing) and Mitchell 1 CTS (Call Tracking Services) provide automated marketing solutions that allow shop owners to systematically target their most profitable customers for repeat business," say Mitchell officials.

CRM offers automated reminder postcards and e-mails, plus thank you e-mails and customer survey tools. CTS offers toll-free tracking "to facilitate a shop's advertising and marketing campaign."
