Mighty launches nationwide repair warranty program

Mighty Auto Parts' new Mighty SURE program allows repair shops nationwide and in Canada and Mexico to cover their customers’ parts and labor costs, along with towing and rental car services if needed.

Consumers pay no out-of-pocket expenses, and there are no charge-backs or claims for shops to pay. The service covers repairs regardless of the brand of parts used.

Should the consumer require service 25 miles or more from the original repair facility, they simply call the Mighty Warranty Administrator (MVA) prior to having the repairs done, and the MWA will take care of all the administrative details.

The Mighty SURE program includes:

* A network of 30,000 Warranty Centers operating nationwide.

* A comprehensive Nationwide Repair Warranty covering 12 months or 12,000 miles.

* Coverage of a multitude of services, parts and labor.

* Immediate reimbursement via credit card to the repair facility.

* Availability of towing/rental cars.

* There are no out-of-pocket expenses for the consumer.

* There are no parts to replace or labor claims to pay by participating shops.

* An apology letter is sent to consumer.

* Repair shops receive a letter informing them that the customer needed a repair.
