Cooper names director of compensation

Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Kathy Morgan director of compensation and special projects.

Morgan joined Cooper in November 1985. She has worked in a number of accounting positions, including general accountant, plant cost accountant and others.

She most recently worked as special projects manager.
