Affina Group Inc. has announced the five grand prize winners in the "Raybestos Ted Nugent Exotic Big Game Hunt" promotion.
Ronald Mullet, a technician with Tire Town in New Orleans, La., was one of the winners. He says he plans to take his three-day "Sunrize Safari" in December.
The hunting excursion, which includes room and board, meals, hunting licenses, transportation to and from the airport, and a $500 gift card to Cabela's, will take place at Nugent's private hunting ranch in Waco, Texas.
The other regional winners were Gary Hicks of Hicks Auto Service in Cincinnati, Ohio; David Ganxhow of DG Auto Repair in Lacrosse, Wis.; Ryan Smith of Uni-Select Northwest in Normandy Park, Wash.; and Greg Garland of Briley Auto Supply in Meridian, Texas.
The five first-prize winners each won a Martin Compound Bow, while 15 second-prize winners received $100 Cabela's gift cards. The 100 third-prize winners received official Raybestos Mossy Oak hunting caps.
Launched in March 2008, the outdoor-themed campaign included a special partnership with Snap-On Inc. Through a Raybestos "box top" program, one technician was awarded a Snap-On Tools storage unit autographed by Nugent.
Installers received a "Big Game Hunt" promotion entry form by purchasing a "Big Game" kit, which included a Raybestos Ammo box, a Shotgun Shell thermos, two can coolers and seven "free" sets of Raybestos brake pads.
