Kumho names Cho new president

Kumho Tire USA Inc. has named Kyu S. Cho its new president.

Cho replaces Jong G. Kahng, who has retired after a nine-year stint as company president.

Cho has held a variety of top-level positions at Kumho since joining the tiremaker in 1973, both in Korea and abroad. He most recently served as vice president of Kumho's Overseas Sales division.
