Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has appointed Dick Stephens to replace the retired John Fahl as Cooper Tire president.
He will be responsible for all of the Findlay, Ohio-based tiremaker's tire operations.
Stephens also serves as president of Cooper Tire & Rubber's International Tire Division, though a replacement is expected to be named.
Fahl had been with the Findlay, Ohio-based tiremaker since 1955. He officially retired last June.
