The six Salt Lake City, Utah-area Big O franchisees who acquired nine Dick Morrison Tire Co. retail outlets last week will wrap up the transactions by mid-May, according to a statement from Big O Tires Inc.
Big O parent company TBC Corp. also acquired Morrison's Salt Lake City warehouse as part of the deal.
Big O has not disclosed whether the franchisees involved in the buy-out will continue to operate the former Morrison outlets under the 70-year-old dealership's Grandma's Tire banner.
