Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock.
The dividend is payable Sept. 27 to stockholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 5.
Yesterday, Cooper reported record second quarter net income of $39 million, a 113% increase over the same period last year.
