Louisiana's Norm Rhea announces retirement

Norm Rhea, executive director of the Louisiana Independent Tire Dealers Association (LITDA), will retire in April 2003.

He will remain with the LITDA as a consultant through the end of 2003.

Rhea became executive director of the association in 1989.
