SEMA Show organizers cater to exhibitors

May 14, 2009

Organizers of the 2009 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show are planning to give exhibitors added value this year.

In addition to "valuable rewards," the exhibitors will have access to first-ever offers. They include the following:

* guaranteed leads,

* added seniority points,

* discounted exhibitor packages, and

* unprecedented financing options.

Organizers introduced these programs and packages "to reassure exhibitors that the upcoming event is on track to deliver high-quality buyers, and that it remains the best place to connect with the industry," according to the association.

“These promotions help make it more affordable and give companies peace of mind in knowing that they will continue to get the best value and return on their investment at the SEMA Show,” says Peter MacGillivray, SEMA vice president of communications and events.

More than 1,100 companies have signed up to exhibit to date.

As in previous years, exhibitors will be able to reserve booth space up to the event, which is scheduled for Nov. 3-6, 2009, in Las Vegas, Nev. The deadline date to sign up to participate in the "priority booth selection process" is Friday, May 22, 2009. Priority booth selection will begin on Tuesday, June 16, 2009.
