AP Emissions Expands Exhaust and Catalytic Converter Programs

AP Emissions added more than 765 SKUs to its exhaust and catalytic converter programs in 2018, increasing coverage by more than 50 million vehicles.

AP added over 150 exhaust products to its line of mufflers, exhaust pipes, accessories, and exhaust systems. A total of 510 SKUs were added to range of both direct-fit and universal aftermarket catalytic converters for Federal (EPA) and California (CARB) emissions vehicles. The company also launched a diesel and power generation program for light, medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles in 2018.

Catalytic Converter Program

A total of 510 new SKUs have been added to the full range of both direct-fit and universal aftermarket catalytic converters for both Federal (EPA) and California (CARB) emissions vehicles.

The Federal (EPA) line has grown by 160 Direct-fit converters comprised of both Premium and the New Professional Techs Choice products, 66 of which are new manifold converters. Overall coverage has been expanded by over 10 million vehicles. The California (CARB) line now has 350 new SKUs, many  covering late model pickups and SUVs, as well as other applications.

New Diesel and Power Generation Program

Launched in 2018 as a new replacement parts category program for light, medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles, this comprehensive single source offering features application coverage from two under-truck parts brands. These are DieselTech, a line of medium and heavy-duty exhaust and emissions replacement parts, and DuraFit, a full line supplier of EPA-certified, exact-fit, OEM equivalent heavy-duty replacement diesel particulate filters (DPFs) and diesel oxidation catalysts (DOCs).
