Hunter Adds Data Analytics to Quick Check Inspection System

March 27, 2018

Hunter Engineering Co. has integrated the FrogData business analytics platform into its Quick Check inspection system to help dealers identify more vehicle inspection opportunities.

Hunter says dealers using the integrated products will be able to sell more tires, a vital customer retention service, and increase wheel alignments, one of the most profitable services a shop can offer.

Hunter’s Quick Check inspection system is designed to identify needed service opportunities in less than two minutes by checking wheel alignment, tire tread depth, tire inflation, battery health, diagnostic codes and braking balance. With the introduction of the FrogData Action Analytics reporting dashboard, dealers will now be able to track shop data, including which services are most popular and most profitable.

FrogData provides advanced reporting, business insights and predictive analytics to help dealers make the decisions to improve productivity and profitability.

“With FrogData’s Action Analytics, our inspection customers will be able to cut through the white noise and really zero in on everything, including, advisor performance, open opportunities, declines, and follow-up marketing,” says Alan Hagerty, inspection product manager, “The data will help pull additional opportunities for revenue into our customers’ service bays and amp up profits across the board.”

FrogData President Tej Soni says the company is excited to partner with Hunter to bring reports to dealers. “We’re seeing massive results in both savings and added profits from our current clients, so we feel confident Hunter users will see immediate benefits from this new feature to the Quick Check inspection system.”

FrogData says its platform is capable of aggregating vast amounts of diverse data sets and generating trend analysis and business insights using proprietary algorithms. This enables dealers to make decisions on which business levers to pull in order to improve dealership efficiency.
