Is business slow? Here are 4 ways to keep your employees active

Aug. 14, 2014

January and February, traditionally the slowest months of the year for tire dealers, have come and gone. And it's summer! So business is booming, right?

But there are still days when, for reasons outside of your control, business is slow. Maybe close to nonexistent. "I just wish there was something for my employees to do. I hate paying them to do nothing," you say.

Here's some good news! Modern Tire Dealer Editor Bob Ulrich wanted to help you with that, so he wrote a blog chock full of good ideas you can put into practice (well, at least four of them).

To find out what he has to say -- and where he picked up these business gems -- check out "How to increase profit -- or efficiency -- when business is slow."

What do you do when your employees have downtime? Read the blog, then let us know what you think by leaving a comment!
