Identifix is AAA Automotive Preferred Supplier

Identifix reports it has been selected as a AAA Automotive Preferred Supplier.

The supplier list includes more than 8,000 AAA-approved repair facilities that meet and maintain high professional standards for training, equipment, cleanliness and customer satisfaction..

In addition. the company has created a special bundle of services that will be available to all AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities across the U.S. and Canada. The bundle includes Identifix's Direct-Hit and Hotline services. These services offer quick and effective experience-based diagnostics for increased productivity and profitability, Idenfifix says, as well as access to its database of pattern failures, specific vehicle symptoms, associated short-cut tests, and confirmed fixes.

Direct-Hit delivers more than 350,000 Hotline Archives that cover symptoms, associated short-cut tests and fixes and over 175,000 confirmed fixes. Direct-Hit is updated constantly with over 6,000 new symptoms and associated short-cut tests and fixes added to the database each month.

Direct-Hit enables technicians to perform repairs profitably and accept repair services on jobs that otherwise might have been turned away, the company notes. Identifix also serves as a content supplier to Microsoft’s MSN.Auto Web site, as well as CARFAX, providing data on used vehicle reliability and reparability.
