Standard Motor Products Inc. (SMP) has added 179 part numbers to its BWD engine management line. The release expands coverage through the 2016 model year covering more than 67.5 million additional vehicles in operation (VIO).
The BWD line expansion spans 31 product categories, most notably sensors and switches.
BWD introduces 90 sensors, including accelerator pedal, ABS speed, and OE-Match TPMS sensors.The release also includes 34 switches, such as back-up light, door jamb, power window, neutral safety, transfer case, and windshield wiper switches.
Other highlights include 28 door lock actuators, 19 fuel vapor canisters, and a diesel high-pressure oil pump hose.
