Trelleborg Wheel Systems Americas Inc., the U.S. division of Trelleborg Wheel Systems SpA, announced that it has entered into an agreement with Mexican tire distributor Neumáticos Muevetierra to market Trelleborg ag and forestry tires in the country.
Trelleborg has also introduced its new line of Maximo R1 radial tires and its Agro-industrial line TH400 into Mexico.
"This is an important step for Trelleborg to increase its worldwide presence as a global leader of agricultural and forestry tires," says Jeff Jankowski, sales director of Trelleborg Agricultural tires for North America.
“Mexican farming professionals will now benefit from the advantages of our product offered together with the expertise of Neumáticos Muevetierra.”
"In March, the first tires displayed at the Expoceres show in the Sinaloa region received a strong acceptance from customers visiting the show," says Andrea Masella marketing manager of Trelleborg Agricultural tires for North America.
"There are several reasons for Trelleborg agricultural tires to be in Mexico. These are primarily to help promote the radialization of this strategic market and support our OEM customers.
