Bauer Built gives $150,000 in anniversary prizes

March 3, 2015

Bauer Built Inc. is celebrating its 70th anniversary by awarding its employees with prizes. About a year ago, the company's President Tad Bauer announced the anniversary sweepstakes programs as part of the company's anniversary celebration.

On Feb. 24, 2015, the birthdate of Bauer founder, G. F. “Sam” Bauer, who passed away in 1994, Bauer Built gave away more than $150,000 in prizes to its employees.

Prizes included pickup trucks, fishing boats, 4-wheelers or cash alternatives and a variety of other prizes. Twenty-two lucky winners were determined by a lottery type sweepstakes drawing at Bauer Built’s annual Management & Sales Conference held at Treasure Island Resort in Welch Village, Minn. Chances were earned based on either sales performance or length of service.

Bauer said, “Our company slogan is ‘Our Strength is in our People’ and this is our way of telling them we mean that and how much we appreciate their efforts...past and present.”
