    Photos: A Truck Dealership Dives Into Tires and Retreading

    In a little over a decade, K&R Tire Center has grown to encompass commercial, ag and OTR tires and most recently, its first retread shop.

    In western Michigan, Ed Rietman has expanded K&R Truck Sales to cover nearly every facet of the business that touches his fleet and independent operator customer. Ten years ago, that led to the start of K&R Tire Center, and in 2024, the tire operation has expanded yet again — to include a Goodyear retread shop in Flint, Mich. MTD had an exclusive look at the retread shop, and the larger K&R enterprise.
