Sumitomo Rubber North America Inc. has introduced an updated website for its Falken brand that is more user-friendly. The site includes a breakdown of all Falken tire offerings and gives additional product information.

Sumitomo Rubber North America Inc. (SRNA) has introduced an updated website for its Falken brand that is more user-friendly. The site includes a listing of all Falken tire offerings and gives additional product information.  

“The updated filtering options make finding the right tire for your vehicle faster and more direct – by size, vehicle, product family and use case,” says Rick Brennan, vice president of strategic planning, SRNA. 

“We’ve also added consumer reviews and frequently asked questions, making sure Falken allows the customer a chance to speak. Overall, it’s a fresher look, with three major sections – Find Tires, Community and Where to Buy – all immediately accessible, and each telling the story we want our customers to know.” The site is currently available in English. French-Canadian and Spanish-language versions available in early-2023.
