MaddenCo has enhanced its Tire Dealer System software with an integration with a two-way texting and digital vehicle inspection platform from autotext.me.
The new partnership will help users better communicate with customers, the company says.

The integration includes customizable digital inspection sheets that help to educate consumers with both photos and videos. And because the autotext.me platform is a visual one, it helps shop personnel see the status of every vehicle, and also identify possible bottlenecks. Customers receive instant status updates.
