An interface to Royal 4's WISE system is now available for MaddenCo customers. Product and customer information, vendor addresses and purchase and sales orders can be sent through the interface.
In return, MaddenCo will receive inventory adjustments, receivers and shipped quantities for orders sent
MaddenCo officials say that the interface "has proven to be a textbook union of MaddenCo's Tire ERP system and Royal 4's WISE Tire Warehouse Manager. The combination of these systems provides receiving, put-away, cross-docking, tire location, picking, shipping and more and since it updates MaddenCo in real-time, the inventory that the salesperson is seeing at the counter will always be accurate."
