McMahon’s Best-One Tire has acquired Berger Auto Part & Service Inc. headquartered in Fort Wayne, Ind.
McMahon acquired both locations and will operate as McMahon’s Best-One Tire & Auto Care effective immediately.
“Dan Berger has built a successful business with Berger Auto and we are confident that we’ll be able to continue the legacy he started over 40 years ago,” says Kim McMahon, president of McMahon’s Best-One.
This acquisition gives McMahon seven full-service tire and automotive facilities along with three commercial locations, a distribution center and retread plant in Northeast Indiana.
