Discount Tire, which is based in Scottsdale, Ariz., has acquired a corporate center in Phoenix.
The dealership currently occupies the first floor of the building, which is located nearly five miles from its headquarters and one mile from a 35-acre site it acquired in 2022.
"Acquiring additional office space that many of our people already know and enjoy helps secure our near-term future to create the best, positive working experience, while also providing flexibility as we evaluate the needs of our growing operations and corporate presence in Arizona," said Discount Tire CEO Dean Muglia.
Discount Tire has more than 1,200 locations nationwide.
