Hankook Unveils SURETIRE Warranty Program

Hankook Tire America Corp.'s new SURETIRE warranty plan offers 30- to 100-day free trials on several Hankook tires.

These include products in Hankook’s Ventus, Dynapro, Kinergy, Weatherflex, i*cept, i*pike, and iON lineups.

SURETIRE also provides "ongoing limited manufacturer, treadwear mileage and road hazard warranty protection," according to Hankook officials.

Jensen, vice president of US PC/LT sales, Hankook. “With the SURETIRE PLAN, we’re not just offering a product, but an assurance that every Hankook tire is backed by the best-in-class protection. Our goal is to provide our customers with not only top-tier performance, but also peace of mind no matter where the road takes them.”

During the program's 30-day trial, "if drivers are not satisfied with their purchase for any reason, they may bring it back alongside proof of purchase within 30 days and receive a new set of Hankook-produced tires," say Hankook officials. "In addition, Hankook’s limited warranty covers workmanship and material issues for the duration of the usable tread on all its tires. Finally, the SURETIRE PLAN includes a road hazard warranty, offering a replacement if a qualifying tire becomes unserviceable due to a non-repairable road hazard.

"In addition, Hankook offers an exclusive SURETIRE plan for iON customers, which includes a 100-day free trial specific to the brand’s EV lineup. With the SURETIRE plan for iON, customers enjoy the same benefits as Hankook’s original SURETIRE plan, along with an extended 100-day trial on their iON products."
