Porter's Tire Now Using TireTutor Tools
Porter's Tire, which has seven locations in the eastern part of Tennessee, is now using various artificial intelligence-powered tools from TireTutor.
"By implementing TireTutor’s website and e-commerce platform, CRM tools and targeted digital advertising campaigns, Porter’s Tire is transforming its customer experience both online and in-store," say TireTutor officials, who report that all Porter's Tire locations are now using TireTutor's website and e-commerce platform, which allowes customers to shop for tires online, schedule services and perform other functions.
Porter's Tire is also now using TireTutor's CRM. "Each location now has access to individual CRM systems, enabling staff to manage quotes, track leads and utilize recorded calls for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency."
In addition, the dealership is using TireTutor's online ordering and payment processing programs, in which "deposits are automatically routed to the appropriate store, streamlining the payment process and reducing administrative burden."
