Andy's Group to Acquire Valley Tire

Halifax, Nova Scotia-based Andy's Group will aquire Valley Tire, a dealership with three locations in Nova Scotia, on Feb. 2.

The Valley Tire stores are located in Halifax, Kentville and Bridgewater.

"Founded over a century ago, Valley Tire has built a strong reputation across the province for technical expertise, customer service and building deep community roots," according to Any's Group officials.

"Under the leadership of the Quigley family, Valley Tire grew into a trusted partner for both individual motorists and commercial customers.

"Following the passing of Harold Quigley in February 2025, his sons, Steve and Derek Quigley, continued to lead the business, carrying forward the values, standards and customer-first culture their family established over generations. Andy’s Group is proud to build on that legacy."

Andy's Group officials add that the three Valley Tire locations "will benefit from the scale, resources and geographic reach of Andy’s Group around the Maritimes."

Upon completion of the transaction, Andy's Group will have 33 retail/commercial tire locations under the Coast Tire brand, four distribution centers serving customers across the Maritimes and two retread plants.
