Leeds West Groups (LWG) has opened its 10th Big O Tires store in New Mexico. The new outlet is in Albuquerque.
"This opening marks our 10th Big O Tires location in New Mexico and we’re proud of the relationships we continue to build here,” said LWG CEO Derek Wessels. "For us, this is an investment in Albuquerque and in the people who call it home. We’re very proud to be part of this community and look forward to earning our neighbors’ trust for years to come.”
As part of the store's recent grand opening, Big O Tires presented a $1,000 donation to the 100 Club of New Mexico, which provides financial assistance to the spouses and dependents of law enforcement officers and firefighters who lose their lives in the line of duty.
"We wanted community support to be part of this opening from the beginning,” says Wessels. “This $1,000 donation is a tangible way to thank and support the families of local first responders who have paid the ultimate price.”
Based in Greenfield Village, Colo., LWG has 125 total outlets throughout 18 states. It's listed on the 2026 MTD 100.
