As the fourth generation in the Scorpion all-season line, the Scorpion AS 4 is focused on enhancing 'key performance areas identified by North American drivers,' including improved ride and noise comfort, strong mileage performance and optimised wet performance across various driving conditions.

Pirelli Tire North America is rolling out the Scorpion AS 4 for crossovers, SUVs and pickup trucks.

Available in 58 sizes, the tire is designed for "exceptional wet braking, precise handling, reduced noise and outstanding mileage." Pirelli officials say the new tire expands its "innovation and market-focused development, raising the bar in the touring all-season segment with a balanced combination of durability and comfort."

As the fourth generation in the Scorpion all-season line, the Scorpion AS 4 is focused on enhancing "key performance areas identified by North American drivers," including improved ride and noise comfort, strong mileage performance and optimised wet performance across various driving conditions. 

Engineers used advanced virtual modeling to refine the new Scorpion tire's tread and mold geometry as well as improve wet-weather performance, according to Pirelli officials.

"Advanced compound technologies and an optimized tread design contribute to improved braking, handling precision and consistent wear, ensuring performance remains stable over time."
