Hankook Tire America Corp. is increasing prices of its Hankook and Laufenn brand passenger and light truck tires up to 7%, effective Aug. 1. Price hikes will vary according to product.
"The increases are the result of several factors, including rising cost of raw materials, increased logistics costs and other market factors that have affected internal costs," according to Hankook officials.
"Hankook is working with its customers to provide more detailed information about the increases."
