The supervisory board of Continental AG has named Rolf Koerfer its new chairman. He replaces Hubertus von Grunberg, who resigned earlier this month.
An attorney, Koerfer was a partner in Allen & Overy LLP, an international law firm, where he specialized in restructuring industrial sectors like automotive, insurance and others.
