Giti names sales technical service manager

Matt Hanchana is being promoted to sales technical service manager at Giti Tire (USA) Ltd., with responsibilities for delivering the development and execution of the company’s sales technical service actions.

A 14-year veteran of the tire industry, Hanchana previously served as technical service coordinator for Giti. He joined the company in Dec. 2012.

In his support of the company’s technical service activities for passenger, light truck and commercial tire sales and marketing, Hanchana will focus on such areas as: policies and procedures, warranty programs, technical data collection, technical sales and after-sales support and training.

“Matt has proven to be a tremendous asset to our customers, and we look forward to his continued contributions in his new position with increased responsibilities,” says Armand Allaire, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Giti.
