Kumho Tire USA has recently added the United States Soccer Federation to its list of sports marketing sponsorships.
The company says the partnership is proving to be an extremely successful endeavor judging from the brand awareness garnered from the U.S. Men’s matches vs. Argentina and Paraguay.
And now Kumho Tire is looking to make a lasting impression through different youth organizations, such as America SCORES Cleveland and the Bluffton Soccer Organization.

Bluffton Soccer is a recreational soccer league located in northwestern Ohio. The program has approximately 170 children ranging in age from 8 through 15, and focuses on giving kids the opportunity to acquire quality skills needed to succeed while having fun playing soccer.
On May 14th, the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team will be facing off against a talented Japan squad at the Columbus Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio. Kumho Tire is showing support to the Bluffton Soccer Organization and providing a group of young female athletes the opportunity to watch this highly anticipated game live at the stadium. The goal is to not only show them a great time, but to inspire them to reach their high performing potential, just as the members of the Women’s National Soccer Team display, Kumho says.
In addition to this local opportunity, Kumho Tire USA is also partnering with America SCORES Cleveland in an effort to reach out to youth of low-income, minority communities. America SCORES Cleveland was founded in 2004 with programming for 120 students in four inner-city elementary schools. Today, they reach 416 students ranging in ages eight to 12 in nine different Cleveland metropolitan schools. Their mission is to empower youth in urban communities using such means as soccer, writing, creative expression and more.
Kumho Tire USA will also be giving tickets to this upcoming soccer match to the America SCORES Cleveland branch with the same initiative -- to motivate and inspire these young individuals. In an attempt to further expand on their soccer efforts, Kumho Tire USA is planning to create staying power by supporting America SCORES Cleveland, and other similar organizations, in their soccer programs in influential campaigns to come.
