ITDG Adds Zafco's Zeetex Brand to Its Lineup

Independent Tire Dealers Group LLC (ITDG) members soon will have access to the Zeetex brand of tires from Zafco International.

Zafco, a manufacturer and marketer of tires based out of Miami, Fla., says the partnership with ITDG will help it increase its market presence. ITDG members operates 650 tire stores across North America. Zafco says ITDG members will benefit from the access to a value-driven brand, as well as the company's loyalty program perks and supply chain management.

The Zeetex portfolio includes more than 160 SKUs in passenger, performance and light truck tire segments. The Zeetex brand is manufactured in Indonesia.

“Both Zafco International and ITDG share common values of 'growing together' and offering a superior buying experience and level of service to its customers and members," says Giovanni Arrigone, chief operating officer of Zafco. "We’re hopeful this will be a long and fruitful relationship."

'However, the extent and specifics of that impact cannot be determined at this time. TIA will continue to monitor the situation closely.'
