SEMA Show pre-show: Falken launches new consumer website

Falken Tire Corp. has launched an updated consumer website – falkentire.com – with a bolder, more modern look that integrates the brand with its new retail merchandising strategy, the company says.

The revitalized website launch was timed with the commencement of this year’s Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show in Las Vegas.

The focus of the new site is functionality, with easy-to-use drop-downs that help visitors find the tires they need quickly with the aid of comprehensive tire information including performance ratings. In addition, the new site also offers an easy-to-use store locator, enabling customers to find their nearest authorized Falken retailer throughout the United States and Canada.

As with the previous website, Falken has integrated HTML5 Responsive Web Design for viewing and functionality on all screen resolutions. It is also UX optimized for touch friendly devices such as laptops, tablets and mobile phones.

“The new website is part of our brand revitalization,” says Rick Brennan, executive director of marketing. “Our retail merchandising strategy is to make sure we are properly connecting with our consumer base and provide them with the right tire for their vehicle. As our product line expands, we must continue to efficiently address what both our consumers and dealers want and deliver them without delay.”

Falken will be exhibiting in the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center during the SEMA Show, booth 41013.
