Cooper to pay dividend on Dec. 30

Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock, payable Dec. 30.

The dividend is payable to Cooper stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 2, 2010.
